Ammonium Chloride is manufactured by the reaction of Ammonia with
Hydrochloric Acid. The reaction is highly exothermic and it is prone to
explosion. To control heat the reaction is done in a very large volume of
liquor.
NH3 + HCl → NH4Cl
The material so produced is very high quality and the first crop is
surpassing all the standards, that are actually based on making Ammonium
Chloride from the bye-product solution of Soda Ash plant.
Apart from the high grade Ammonium Chloride that we make by the reaction
of Ammonia with Hydrochloric Acid, we also make Ammonium Chloride purified
by sublimation. We also make ammonium chloride Bars, Bricks, Granules and
Tablets.
